Create an account and receive a £5 welcome coupon, valid immediately on your first order.
Reward Points
Every purchase earns you 1% of the product price (ex. VAT) back as points. Points can be redeemed at £1 per 100 points on future orders.
How Points Are Awarded
Unless a product carries a special rate, the standard earn rate is 1% of the product price (ex. VAT).
Point Statuses
Awarded points become active once your order has been dispatched.
If an order is cancelled, any associated points will be voided.
- Pending Points
- Points earned on a purchase remain pending until your order has been dispatched.
- Active Points
- Points available to spend on your next order.
- Expired Points
- Points that have passed their expiry date and can no longer be used.
- On-Hold Points
- Points temporarily held due to an outstanding query on your account.
- Voided Points
- Points cancelled as a result of an order cancellation or return.
Redeeming Your Points
Active points can be applied at checkout at a rate of 100 points = £1.
At checkout you can choose one of the following redemption options:
- Use all available points
- Applies all active points to your order total (including delivery and VAT) up to the maximum permitted.
- Use a partial amount
- Specify exactly how many points you wish to apply to your order total (including delivery and VAT).
Points for New Members
Receive 500 bonus points when you register — redeemable from your very next purchase.
Points Expiry
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were last earned. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.
- Expired points cannot be restored under any circumstances.
- Your points remain active as long as you earn at least once within any 12-month period.
- Promotional limited-period points expire on the specific date stated at the time of issue.
- Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Product Reviews
You may submit one review per product, regardless of the colour or size purchased.
Submitting a new review for the same product will overwrite your previous one. Please bear this in mind before posting.
Coupons

If you have a coupon code received via our newsletter or other promotions, enter it in the coupon code field at checkout and apply it.
- Coupons may have specific validity periods or minimum spend conditions attached.

Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
